A Different Kind of Placement Process.
This work is personal. It is also professional. Both matter.
This agency was built from lived experience inside domestic and private service environments, with a clear understanding of how this industry actually operates. Not just on paper, but in practice. That perspective shapes how roles are evaluated, how expectations are set, and how candidates are represented.
A strong placement is not just a title match. It requires a clear view of the environment, the standards of the household, and whether the conditions are likely to support long term success. Each opportunity is considered with that in mind.
Candidates can expect transparency, thoughtful placement decisions, and a process intended to respect their time, and celebrate their skillset. The goal is not to fill roles quickly. The priority is alignment and long term fit.
Wherever your work takes you, The Grocery Store x The Anti-Agency remains a steady and devoted partner in your professional journey and wellbeing.

Workplace & Industry Protections Advocacy
The Anti-Agency is the philanthropic and advocacy initiative of The Grocery Store, focused on strengthening protections for professionals across the industry.
An optional and anonymous form is available for professionals working in domestic and private service environments who wish to share experiences related to workplace conditions, industry practices, or worker protections.
Because the work in this industry takes place in private settings, workplace conditions can sometimes be difficult to document, report, or address without direct shared insight from those effected. Your experiences and input help to identify patterns within the field and inform efforts to improve industry standards.
Participation is completely voluntary and is not part of any job application or placement process. Sharing your experience will not influence your candidacy for any role now or in the future.
Do not use this form to apply for jobs. To explore open roles, visit Opportunities.
